Intimate Wedding Locations in Asturias, Northern Spain
A short guide to some of the most beautiful and less crowded wedding locations along the Asturian coast and mountains.
Asturias is not as well known as Tuscany or the Costa del Sol, which is exactly why couples choose it. The region offers dramatic coastline, green mountains, quiet villages and food that has not been adapted for tourists.
For a small wedding of up to thirty guests, three locations stand out. The eastern coast around Llanes has sea-view estates with private coves. The Picos de Europa foothills offer stone villages and mountain light that photographs beautifully at sunset. Inland, around Oviedo, you find historic palaces surrounded by gardens that work in any season.
